Schoenenreus GA Europe acquired 120 stores of Dutch footwear retailer SCHOENENREUS out of insolvency and implemented a store closure programme and transfer of profitable stores to 3rd parties.

American Apparel GA Europe implemented a trade out and assortment consolidation programme in over 200 stores of American Apparel across the US and Europe including France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Germany and Nordic.
